Ladies Love Seafood + Easy Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe

I have an important message to share with the world:

I want to share how a can of tuna has saved my butt numerous times.

I'm sure many of you can relate to the demands of a hungry family, partner, spouse, and/or kids that plead for lunch or dinner ASAP. I encounter this scenario often! In those instances when I have no time to prepare a meal, I grab a can of tuna and throw together an easy tuna pasta salad recipe. It's a total crowd-pleaser, and I love it because it comes together in about ten minutes. Pro tip: I cook my pasta in the InstantPot, and it's done in 3-4 minutes.

So yes, this lady loves her seafood, as it has saved my fanny many times when I had no dinner planned and everyone was starving! A pantry stocked with canned seafood is a lifesaver for this lady.

 - Rotini pasta, 10-12 ounces cooked (see InstantPot tip above)
 - 1 can albacore tuna
 - Mayonnaise - adjust to your preference of creaminess
 - 1 tablespoon dried dill
 - 2-3 chopped dill pickles (sometimes I add a splash of pickle juice)
 - 2 stalks of chopped celery
 - Sea salt to taste

 Mix together and serve on a bed of spinach or arugula.

- Hard-boiled eggs

- Chopped green onions

- Chopped red onions

- Regular or Dijon mustard

- Peas

- Try 1/2 yogurt, 1/2 mayo for a lighter dressing

So, that's my story of how a can of tuna has saved my butt numerous times! A stocked pantry is this lady's best friend. Take it from me, any lady who receives canned seafood from Bell Buoy will be ecstatic. Now, granted, it's not a pair of diamond earrings, but who says tuna can't be a girl's best friend?! (P.S. Don't tell my husband I said that!)
