Calling all oyster lovers! Your oyster adventures are not complete without trying smoked oysters. A sweet brine makes these gems irresistible.
 
We purchase fresh oysters from Willapa Bay and then smoke them in-house. Willapa Bay is known for its pristine esturary waters and has been home to the oyster industry for over 160 years.  The bay is large and shallow, approximatley 25 miles long and 8 miles wide, located along the Pacific Ocean north and east of Long Beach, Washington.
 
All fresh seafood is shipped 1-day air and packed with gel-packs in a styro container to keep seafood cold while it travels.
