We love the Albacore Tuna. We have been getting a case or two every year. It is so nice to have that on hand, for those days when you just want a simple Tuna fish sandwich or when you want to bake a warm dinner casserole. It is comfort food for us. it is shelf stable and easy to store. We even take it as gifts.

Bell Buoy's razor clams are terrific. Our one pound bag yielded 16 clams which divided into 4 little bags of 4; two to eat fresh and two to freeze. My Oregon coast-born wife coats them in egg and then cracker meal just like her mother did and fries them in the fry-Daddy/electric fryer. So moist and delicious ... brings a bit of home and Oregon back onto our table!
